We take every precaution to maintain the integrity of your wheel throughout this process. However, if, in the event your wheel does crack and is not repairable, we will not charge for time and labor spent while trying to straighten wheel, however, you the customer will be responsible for the cost of a replacement wheel. Not all wheels are repairable, for safety reasons or structural compromise it may be less expensive to replace with a new or reconditioned wheel. RIM TECHNOLOGIES warrants, to the purchaser only, the finish workmanship on wheels, which were repainted or re-clear coated against material defect for the serviceable lifetime of the wheel. RIM TECHNOLIGIES agrees to replace at our discretion, any wheel whose repair is found to be, in our opinion, defective, and which, after examination, has failed under normal use and service, which is returned to RIM TECHNOLOGIES, shipping prepaid. Warranty does not apply if: 1. Wheels have been damaged in transit or by misuse, accident or negligence, or have been repaired or altered. 2. Wheels have been installed on a vehicle other than originally intended 3. Wheels have been used for off-road or racing purposes. 4. Wheels have not been properly installed 5. Wheel finish has been damaged during tire mounting, through use of improper cleaning materials or exposure to road salt, caustic solutions, and other hazards encountered in daily use and service 6. Wheels that have a polished uncoated surface. This part of the wheel will oxidize without proper care and maintenance and requires routine cleaning and polishing. RIM TECHNOLOGIES assumes no responsibility for diagnosis, shipping, loss of vehicle use, loss of time, inconvenience or other consequential expenses.
