Our team of expert technicians will inspect your wheel when it arrives in our shop. After the initial inspection, your wheel is cleaned of any road grime and brake dust. Our technicians will then assess the damage and call you to confirm the exact repair/refinish cost. We will not repair or refinish your wheel without your approval.

The turn around time to straighten a wheel is normally one to two business days; the repair/refinish is normally three to five business days. Your repair/refinish period will be quoted at the time we receive your approval to start the repair process.

To have your wheels repaired:    1. Complete the repair form.    2. E-mail to Rim Technologies at:   rimtechnologies@yahoo.com    3. Box your wheel(s).    4. Send to Rim Technologies by UPS regular ground service or the carrier of your choice).    5. Be sure to include a copy of the completed repair form with your wheel(s).
